En cambio, si se tratara de elegir una canción, no tendría ninguna duda: “Close to you” musicalmente, es una de las mejores canciones que nunca se hayan compuesto. Y es que en esta pequeña obra de arte se juntaron la perfecta y maravillosa voz cristalina de Karen Carpenter, -que moriría trágicamente en 1983 a la temprana edad de 32 años- y el talento del prolífico músico y compositor norteamericano Burt Bucharach.
